Toyota rental in Reno, NV

I rented this car through Truro and it was the first time i actually ever had to rent a car and I'm 36 years old. The whole process was so easy. The owners communicated with me multiple times throughout the process so I was never surprised about anything. We drove up to the location, got the keys, took a bunch of pictures of the outside and inside and then we were all set to go! The checkout was just as easy and the same process. The car is beautiful! We are a family of 5 and our cars are a little older so this car was a luxury that went above our expectations. The car was very clean, drove smooth, was so comfortable and felt really safe. We drove over 1000 miles and had very long, desolate streches. We had one carseats and one booster seat that we were able to move around with plenty of space to find the right spot to make them happy. We watched Halloween movies from the movie screen, let the sun in from the sunroof, watched the stars from the moonroof, stretched our legs with all the leg room, and had everything we needed packed in the back. I was hesitant about renting a car but I have ZERO regrets. This car made such a huge difference to our trip! Me and my family wouldnt have had the same trip without this car! Thank you!!

The van was clean and had ample room for my family of six and 5 luggage’s. The van was supplied with multiple phone chargers that suited our needs. The host was friendly and overall had a great experience. The tire light was on when we started the car but we put a little air in the tire and we were good to go. I notified the host and they promptly responded apologizing for the inconvenience and stated if it was anything else that they will be willing to help out. Luckily it just needed a little air. Finding the car was a bit confusing, I wouldn’t follow the map provided. The car is parked across the street in the opened long term parking lot. Guy did provide detailed directions. Everything went well and I would definitely rent again if ever in the Reno area.

This RAV4 is excellent, comfortable and easy to drive. The car gets 39mpg on highway drive. Host is great. Easy pick up and return. Highly recommended.

So this is probably the best Turo rental I have had yet! Host is one of kind and extremely accommodating. Super nice guy with a great attention to detail. The car is brand new and in perfect condition. Speaks for itself! I will be looking him up next time we are in the reno area.
