Pick-up was easy, the car was in great condition, and the host was quick to respond. It was the perfect vehicle for a quick trip with my family. Everything went smoothly, and I would definitely rent from this host again!

Cesar's Toyota Rav4 was in excellent condition, clean, easy to drive, comfortable, very similar to my Honda CR-V. Cesar was very responsive and helpful with pick-up and drop-off at the airport ride-share area. My week went by smoothly, and I had no issues with the car or the host. I would definitely use Cesar's car again.

Mini van was great. The ability to add a cooler, infant seat, and booster seat to our trip was super convenient. Quentin was super responsive once I let him know we had a flat tire and even offered to pick us up. Will definitely rent from him again!

We had an amazing experience with this rental! The car was spotless, spacious, comfortable, and drove great. It made getting around so easy and was a huge part of what made our trip so enjoyable. The hosts, Jo & Carlos, were fantastic—friendly, responsive, and incredibly easy to work with. Communication was quick, pickup and drop-off were seamless, and everything was handled smoothly from start to finish. This was one of the easiest and most stress-free Turo experiences we’ve had. We would absolutely rent again and highly recommend both the car and hosts to anyone planning a trip!

Great experience renting from Joanna! Her 2016 Toyota Highlander was the perfect vehicle for our four-day ski trip to Lake Tahoe. The ski racks were especially clutch and made transporting our gear incredibly easy. Pickup at the Reno airport was seamless, and drop-off was even better as Joanna met me right at passenger drop-off so I didn’t have to worry about parking the car and lugging our gear to the terminal. The vehicle was exactly as described and had plenty of room for passengers, luggage, and all our ski gear. Would absolutely rent from Joanna again!

The van was clean and had ample room for my family of six and 5 luggage’s. The van was supplied with multiple phone chargers that suited our needs. The host was friendly and overall had a great experience. The tire light was on when we started the car but we put a little air in the tire and we were good to go. I notified the host and they promptly responded apologizing for the inconvenience and stated if it was anything else that they will be willing to help out. Luckily it just needed a little air. Finding the car was a bit confusing, I wouldn’t follow the map provided. The car is parked across the street in the opened long term parking lot. Guy did provide detailed directions. Everything went well and I would definitely rent again if ever in the Reno area.
