Qais was absolutely fantastic. The car was brand new, spotless, and exactly as advertised. Communication was excellent from start to finish—he was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to help me when my travel plans unexpectedly changed.
What was supposed to be a simple fly-in, fly-out trip turned into a much longer day after I got delayed in Truckee and missed my flight. Qais was kind enough to even meet me at the airport in case I made it, and when I didn’t, he couldn’t have been more patient or accommodating. I ended up extending the rental until I could catch another flight, and he made the entire process seamless.
If you’re renting a car in the Reno area, I highly recommend booking with Qais. Outstanding service, an immaculate vehicle, and genuinely one of the best Turo hosts I’ve rented from.
