Great service, great car, great price! Will be using him every time I rent from Turo from here on out.
Eric was very responsive. We rented the Hyundai Venue from him and it was a cute little car with great gas mileage. Car was available to rent at last minute
Great car. Really clean and great gas mileage. Great communication with owner. Would rent this car again on my next trip to Reno
Actions show more than words. I encountered a few issues with my reservations(yes, multiple). This host truly went out of their way to do everything they could to make things right. I can’t explain how grateful I am for that. They were able to make arrangements for me to receive the car earlier than I originally booked. They offered to come out and assist with other issues I encountered during my reservation. Regardless of the issues that came up they really did care and I think that makes all the difference. The vehicle was spacious, clean, and had plenty of trunk space if needed.
This was hands down one of the best car rental experiences I’ve ever had! Jeni went above and beyond to make sure we had two car seats and pack ’n plays for our kids, which made traveling with little ones so much easier. Traveling with kids can be stressful enough, and having someone so thoughtful and accommodating made all the difference. I wish Jeni were available in every destination we travel to! We’ll absolutely be using her again!
Always a pleasure to rent a car from them and they had great communication with me and I will be renting from them again soon!
Host was very nice and very professional!! If you would like to rent a car while in Reno, I fully recommend this JH Rentals. Their cars are extremely clean and come equipped with all the small necessities such as chargers and misc items one would need. I didn’t expect this rental transaction to be as professional as it was. Thank you so much JH Rentals for a wonderful experience. Nida Khamphouvong 9/2025

Car was as advertised and ran great! Host was responsive and helpful the whole way. Will definitely rent from him again!
High quality host and car. We were personally met by Quentin at the airport for the pick up of our keys and a pristine clean car, inside and out. He made sure we had everything just right before we left. Jenni was great at keeping us informed for pickup and departure and met us at our drop off at the airport. 5 star experience all the way around.
Jeni was awesome! So easy to pick up and drop off. The car was super clean and she even provided the right cord for my phone. Highly recommend!
