Ariel and Sandy were so nice and cooperative, my flight got delayed while sitting on the tarmac so I had no service and could not reach them about the delay but no problems even though they had to wait in the parking lot 20 minutes for us. Car was super clean and handoff was super easy!
Quentin and his team were amazing Turo hosts and the Genesis Coupe was as described and very fun to drive. Hosts were communicative, kind, and even were able to accommodate an early morning flight time and returning the car. If in Reno, these are the Turo hosts to go with. Host even gave detailed instructions and a video on how to get to the airport from my drop off location to make sure I made it there safe. Amazing service.
