The hosts were very nice and accommodating! They were very responsive with any questions we had! The entire process was seamless and easy. The car was very clean and perfect for our weekend trip with friends!

Car quality was wonderful. The car smelled great, had a clean interior, drove great, and even had free water bottles.
That said, we did experience a few issues. For one, we were provided the incorrect code for the lock box needed to access the car key. This delayed our trip by 40 minutes (it was 11pm, but really 2am for us as we came from EST). This was resolved after we were contacted by 3 different people, which was also confusing given we had no single point of contact.
Secondly, dropping off the vehicle was a little confusing as well. We were given different instructions by different people, which is not ideal when trying to avoid late fees and other misc charges for not following proper procedure.
All in all, we enjoyed the vehicle but did not enjoy the multitude of interactions with different people who did not seem to be communicating with one another.

First time using Turo and couldn’t have been a better experience. Jeni was great! She gave us advise on the best roads to take and was super responsive to any questions we had. We used the car to go down to Lake Tahoe for a wedding and it was perfect!
