Amazing car and experience!!! Had the storm of the season in Tahoe and was able to get around without any issue whatsoever. Unfortunately needed to go to the ER(darn rocks!) and Raul's Mercedes was able to get us there and back safe and sound! Very lucky to have a car that was as prepared as it was! Won't rent a different car ever again for this annual trip. Thank you Raul!

It handled winding roads and elevation changes effortlessly, giving us both confidence and comfort the whole way. You can tell Raul takes real pride in keeping his car in top condition. What really stood out, though, was Raul himself. He was incredibly accommodating, flexible with timing, and quick to respond to any questions we had. He went out of his way to make sure everything was smooth and stress-free, which made a huge difference for our trip. Between the outstanding vehicle and Raul’s thoughtful, helpful approach, this was easily one of our best rental experiences. Would absolutely book with him again—highly recommend!
