This was our first time using Turo and Raul made it the best experience. Raul’s responses were immediate when I had a question. Instructions were easy and car easy to find. No issues with mechanics. The car had minor scratches which did not bother us at all. The interior was immaculate. Raul also had both types of car chargers available for our use! Highly recommend!
