I’ve never had a bad experience using Turo, I’ve just never gotten around to leaving a review. Glad to say this will be the first. Communication was top tier. The host made sure to reach out to me before my reservation even started and was quick with responses to any questions I had. The car was very clean and the pickup process was nice and easy. He even offered an early pickup at 2pm, my reservation was for 3pm. At the end of of the trip, I did end up leaving a few items in the car and due to my work schedules i needed a few days before I could go get them. He worked with me by allowing me those few days and I was able to get my items. Overall the trip was great. I used the vehicle for a quick trip to the Bay Area. Will definitely rent again.

The car was clean and exactly as advertised. Host was responsive. Small issue with the location of the car being in a large lot without knowing where in the lot it was. A five minute inconvenience not a big issue. Would definitely rent the car again

Rocky was great in communication. This was my first time trying out TURO and I’m so glad I finally made the leap. I really enjoyed the Ford edge. I had a long track and I was worried about gas being a semi larger SUV, but it was actually great during my whole travel and the car was smooth. Would definitely rent from Rocky again in the future.

Car was great. Our pick up time was 45 minutes late. But overall great trip.

We had a great experience renting this Ford Bronco for our trip. The car was very clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. It was fun to drive and made getting around really easy, especially with kids. The host was excellent. Communication was smooth and pickup/drop off was seamless. Would definitely rent again! Car was incredible. Perfect car for a Tahoe trip. Lots of power but great on gas mileage. In excellent condition. Jeff was a great host. Communicated well and answered all my questions. Would rent from him again.

The van drove great and the entire experience was seamless. It was easy to find the vehicle, and both pickup and drop-off were quick and convenient. The van was in excellent condition, and Guy was very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the rental. I would definitely rent from them again!
