Ford rental in Reno, NV

I’ve never had a bad experience using Turo, I’ve just never gotten around to leaving a review. Glad to say this will be the first. Communication was top tier. The host made sure to reach out to me before my reservation even started and was quick with responses to any questions I had. The car was very clean and the pickup process was nice and easy. He even offered an early pickup at 2pm, my reservation was for 3pm. At the end of of the trip, I did end up leaving a few items in the car and due to my work schedules i needed a few days before I could go get them. He worked with me by allowing me those few days and I was able to get my items. Overall the trip was great. I used the vehicle for a quick trip to the Bay Area. Will definitely rent again.

Rocky was great in communication. This was my first time trying out TURO and I’m so glad I finally made the leap. I really enjoyed the Ford edge. I had a long track and I was worried about gas being a semi larger SUV, but it was actually great during my whole travel and the car was smooth. Would definitely rent from Rocky again in the future.

Car was clean, easy to access the keys/easy pick up. Host was very nice. The floors were easy to clean due to a cover on the floor. All around good experience. - would definitely rent this again.

Vehicle was awesome! Few quirks but nothing that inhibits our travel and fun! Second rental from Guy. He has been fantastic. This Van DOES have trunk space despite the person I spoke to saying no. So we were very grateful to have it! For those traveling it is very close to the airport. Gas stations and car washes also across the street and around the corners.

Five stars! We had a fantastic experience renting this vehicle. The car was clean and in excellent condition, and the pickup location was incredibly convenient, very close to the Amtrak station. The rental process was completely seamless, and the owner was incredibly hospitable. We would absolutely rent from them again!
