I’ve never had a bad experience using Turo, I’ve just never gotten around to leaving a review. Glad to say this will be the first. Communication was top tier. The host made sure to reach out to me before my reservation even started and was quick with responses to any questions I had. The car was very clean and the pickup process was nice and easy. He even offered an early pickup at 2pm, my reservation was for 3pm. At the end of of the trip, I did end up leaving a few items in the car and due to my work schedules i needed a few days before I could go get them. He worked with me by allowing me those few days and I was able to get my items. Overall the trip was great. I used the vehicle for a quick trip to the Bay Area. Will definitely rent again.

The van drove great and the entire experience was seamless. It was easy to find the vehicle, and both pickup and drop-off were quick and convenient. Rocky was great in communication. This was my first time trying out TURO and I’m so glad I finally made the leap. I really enjoyed the Ford edge. I had a long track and I was worried about gas being a semi larger SUV, but it was actually great during my whole travel and the car was smooth. Would definitely rent from Rocky again in the future.

The Ford Explorer was exactly what we needed for our week-long California road trip. It was clean, comfortable, and reliable throughout our drive from Reno to Lake Tahoe, Yosemite, Sequoia, Kings Canyon, and back. It handled the winding mountain roads with ease and had plenty of room for our luggage and everything we needed for the trip. Pickup and drop-off were simple, and the host was responsive and easy to work with. We had a great experience and wouldn’t hesitate to rent this Explorer again. Highly recommend!

The car was easy to get to from the airport and so clean. Exactly as expected, and honestly a little better. Ryan and Heather were great with communicating with me and flexible as my flight was delayed. Will definitely rent with them on my next trip!
