Vehicle needs front end work. It shook really bad and possibly had some rotor issues from the sound of it too. Other than that it was great for Pyramid Lake! It's an older pickup that has been on many adventures and you can tell. So if you're looking for luxury, this isn't it!

Had a great trip! Easy to find. Quick process. I do believe the truck could use a tire rotation or something in that nature. Otherwise all was well! Will recommend and use again for sure!

Not very helpful when we needed to find the vehicle. Also asked to double check if it was four wheel drive and they just offered to let us buy chains and didn't answer the message. Wasted money.

Thank you for your feedback. We respectfully disagree, as this does not reflect our communication. We clearly confirmed the vehicle was four-wheel drive and advised that snow chains would likely not be needed. You still chose to add them to your reservation.
The issue arosw when you requested a refund for the chains after being informed upfront they probably wouldn’t be necessary. Our message history reflects this.
