This was the best experience I’ve ever had with Turo. Why rent a car through a rental company? This was so much easier. Jeni is wonderful! The car was clean, easy to drive, and perfect for our quick trip to Tahoe. Jeni responded so quickly to any requests and provided all the information to make the pick-up and return super easy and quick.

Steven was quick to respond and accommodating. We had a little trouble locating the car at first but once we found it, the check-in/out process was easy (and location made sense, but this was our first time). Overall, the Jeep worked out well for our drive to Tahoe.

We had an awesome trip with Derick’s Jeep! The Jeep was very clean, ran great, and was easy to find when we arrived. We also really appreciated the option to add a cooler, which was a great convenience for our trip. We did have a minor issue during the trip, but Derick absolutely went above and beyond to help us get everything taken care of and back on the road. He was incredibly responsive, easy to communicate with, and genuinely made us feel taken care of throughout the situation. His customer service really stood out and made what could have been a stressful situation much easier. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely rent from Derick again. Highly recommend!

Andy’s car was extremely amazing! The Jeep worked perfectly and I was able to drive across the states with no issues. Andy is also very communicative and understanding, as I had a minor situation with the car. If I can give this more 5 stars I would. Definitely would recommend this car for road trips!

Jeep was in great condition and host was very responsive and easy to work with. Pick up/drop off very short walk from terminal.
