Great rental experience! Communication was excellent, and pickup was easy. The hosts were very accommodating, working with us on both pickup and delivery while traveling with our toddler. Overall it was a good experience. Car was clean and fun to drive. The pickup instructions could have been a lil more clear. Host mentioned it was in Row 3, ended up being in Row 2 (B) which caused a slight delay for check in and pickup. Host agreed to extend the return time. Also there wasnt instructions about parkimg garage exit fees. It was only $2, but was curious if he had a monthly pass and I paid for no reason. All went well in the end. Would rent again.
