Jeni was an excellent host! She was very friendly & responsive, which made the process seamless. The vehicle was great & very well kept; no issues. I definitely recommend using Jeni as a host and personally plan to with any future trips!

This was one of the easiest and BEST experiences we've had renting a vehicle. Jeni made it SO easy and accommodated us in every way possible. As my husband and I are older, we were very appreciative of her meeting us at our departure lane so that we didn't have far to go to check in. The vehicle was clean and drove so well. We will always recommend her to anyone traveling to Reno and will definitely use her in 2 years! If only our son would have such an easy and wonderful experience with his Turo rental! All owners are NOT equal! If I could give 10 stars I would to Jeni!!
