Raul made our entire Turo experience exceptional from start to finish. The Mercedes was an absolute dream—clean, well-maintained, and honestly the perfect choice for mountain driving. It handled winding roads and elevation changes effortlessly, giving us both confidence and comfort the whole way. You can tell Raul takes real pride in keeping his car in top condition.
What really stood out, though, was Raul himself. He was incredibly accommodating, flexible with timing, and quick to respond to any questions we had. He went out of his way to make sure everything was smooth and stress-free, which made a huge difference for our trip.
Between the outstanding vehicle and Raul’s thoughtful, helpful approach, this was easily one of our best rental experiences. Would absolutely book with him again—highly recommend!
