Car was clean and perfect

Communication and instructions were a breeze. Finding the car was, by far, the easiest experience I’ve had in my Turo days. Everything was great, with the exception of the car smelling like cigar/cigarette smoke. Obviously there wasn’t anything the host could do about it at that point and we needed a car so we just dealt with it and aired the car out anytime we drove. However, my son’s car seat and blanket that spent the 4 days in the car smell strongly of smoke now.
This car has never been smoked in. I was very sympathetic, and conserned till I got the car back. Then I took it to a professional detailer. I'm confident this guest was hoping I would comp her. The detailer didn't want to take my money for an unnecessary treatment. Nobody in their shop or anyone I know can smell any smoke at all in my car.
