This was our second time renting from Jose, and once again, everything was excellent. We rented the van for our family trip to San Diego while our relatives were visiting from the Philippines. The Nissan NV3500HD was clean, spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our group. What really stood out was Jose’s flexibility and kindness. We needed to adjust both our pickup and drop off times, and he was very accommodating and understanding. His communication was great, and he made the entire process easy and stress free. Jose was a fantastic host! The car was clean, spacious, and ran perfectly throughout our trip. We rented it for a day to pick up relatives from LAX, and it comfortably fit everyone and all of our luggage without any issues. rented this 2020 Nissan Kicks and it was perfect for my trip. Super clean, great on gas, and very easy to drive. The car ran smoothly, the A/C was cold, and the backup camera and Apple CarPlay made everything convenient. Pickup and drop-off were simple, and the host was responsive. The Rogue was exactly what I needed for a quick trip outta town - efficient gas mileage, clean car, SUV. I would certainly rent the Rogue again and deal with Rajpal again. However, due to circumstances beyond his control (and I believe his reason) , the Rogue was not available for pickup until 40 minutes after I requested to pick up the car. If he had timely communicated with me about what the delay was all about, I'd have been okay with the delay and could have made adjustments to my schedule/departure time. Rapala was always very nice.
