Everything was good

Bad car,scammers ignored me and Turo for Two days
Guest was informed of the problem with the car radio and chose to proceed anyway instead of just canceling the trip for a refund.

Vibration at wheels and no windshield fluid
Guest did not follow instructions for finding the vehicle. Instructions clearly stated that the vehicle is parked outside the apartment complex but guest went inside and therefore couldn't find the car.

The Rogue was exactly what I needed for a quick trip outta town - efficient gas mileage, clean car, SUV. I would certainly rent the Rogue again and deal with Rajpal again. However, due to circumstances beyond his control (and I believe his reason) , the Rogue was not available for pickup until 40 minutes after I requested to pick up the car. If he had timely communicated with me about what the delay was all about, I'd have been okay with the delay and could have made adjustments to my schedule/departure time. Rapala was always very nice.
Barbara was in an unpleasant situation but worked calmly with me to resolve it and it was a pleasure renting my car to her.
