Car had a loud grinding noise may seem like rotor brake issue
Thank you for your feedback, and I apologize for the inconvenience. The brake pads were newly replaced before your trip. Due to recent rain, a light layer of rust may have formed on the iron brake rotors, which can cause temporary brake noise that usually disappears after several stops. After your return, I test drove the vehicle and was unable to reproduce the issue. We appreciate your feedback and will inspect our vehicles even more carefully before every trip. Thank you.
