This was such a great option to rent a car. So easy to walk out of the airport and have a car just waiting for you; No lines at the rental counter. Carlos was very thorough on pointing out where the car was and very receptive when I messaged him with any questions. I will definitely rent from him again.
First time using Turo. I was very apprehensive about the process, reliability of the host, etc. Depeka was an amazing host and made this experience first class. Not only did she meet us at the airport on time, she was right outside of the baggage claim door. I had mentioned that I was taking my family to Arizona on a spring break trip with our two little daughters. She had two bottles of water, Kleenex, hand sanitizer and two bags of chocolates for our little girls. Our girls were so excited about her acts of thoughtfulness. Depeka went above and beyond and we are very thankful for her help with our trip. Her car was incredibly clean, maintained well and definitely above anything you could rent at typical car rental agency. The car is responsive, safe and luxurious. Because of this experience, I am more likely to try Turo again. We will always use Depeka when we visit Arizona in the future.

Devian is such a sweet guy! So easy to work with. The car was spotless and clean and drove great. He even had a few personalized surprises waiting for me in the vehicle when I arrived. Great vehicle and even better owner. Carlos is amazing and flexible. He made sure I knew exactly where the vehicle was dropped of at the airport. Plenty of pictures and explanations so I can find it easily. Vehicle was amazing. Got a lot of compliments at my business meetings on how sharp the Audi looked. Drove well, very clean interior. He was very friendly when I had trouble re finding the spot he originally left the vehicle for the drop off. Nothing bad to say about my experience.

Rented MJ’s A3 for 4 days on our vacation and couldn’t have asked for a better rental! Car was clean, comfortable, had many more features than your standard econobox enterprise rental. Pickup and drop off was contactless and done through the app, super easy and when we asked if we could extend for a day since our ride to the airport canceled on us they were more than happy to accommodate. Will 100% be renting from MJ again when we come back to Phoenix
We came from Hawaii & were looking for a good size compact car to drive around in, amazingly we got this beautiful clean Audi. This car itself was fantastic & super clean when we got it & was given it with a full tank of gas !! We were given directions on where to pick up the car & communication was amazing. . Mj was such a incredible host, we had to extend the trip and he was flexible in doing so. I would definitely recommend this car & this host to anybody. Bradley and his care were both amazing. The Audi was spotless and shining, super comfortable to drive (I'm a big dude, 6'3") and surprisingly quiet! I have only good things to say about the car. Bradley was amazingly responsive, picked us up at the airport, dropped us off at the airport and was available to answer any questions. He also gave us some great tips on the area (including a coffee shop that had one of the best Americano's I've ever had) and was very friendly. Hard to imagine a better experience.
Great trip with the A5. Car was fantastic for our road trip. Austin, like me, is a big Audi fan and keeps his cars spotless and well maintained. I will surely book another trip with Austin.

This was my first time using Turo, and Austin went out of his way to make sure it was a good experience. He provided quality customer service and did a outstanding job replying back quickly when communication was needed. His cars are nice and clean, and I would certainly recommend leasing from him if you are in the Phoenix area!
Had a great time renting MJ’s Audi. He was very good at communicating with me! Had a small problem with the Audi, but MJ was quick to respond. He tried his best to resolve the problem and help me out. I would definitely rent from him and his girlfriend again!
