First time using Turo. Tianshuang was awesome to deal with. Picked me up at 7am at O’Hare and dropped me back off that evening even though it was blizzard conditions. Having the all we’ll drive on the e350 was definitely key to me getting around the city once the snow hit. Newer tires as well. Will be renting from Tianshuang for all my future trips back to Chicago.
