Such a fun ride. First time driving a Tesla and it took time to get use to but enjoyed it. Car was in an easy location and instructions were easy to follow. Would definitely recommend and rent here again.

The Full Self-Driving feature was a total game-changer for us—especially being in an unfamiliar area, it took all the navigation stress away and let us enjoy the drive. One of the best surprises was that the car had Full Self-Driving, even though it wasn’t listed in the Turo description. It made the road trip even more enjoyable and was a huge bonus. Everything worked perfectly, making our vacation completely stress-free. Had an amazing experience renting the Tesla Model Y from Burkhon! The car was spotless, drove perfectly, and made the whole trip so much more enjoyable. What really stood out was how helpful and responsive he was throughout the entire process — communication was quick, easy, and super accommodating. He even provided a free shuttle service, which made pickup and drop-off completely stress free and went above and beyond what I expected. Nick had to have been the best host I’ve ever come across. Ever since they first introduced Tesla vehicles, I have been watching videos non-stop hoping one day to drive one. Even tho I arrived at the vehicle early, Resla accommodating me letting me sit in a Tesla with ac until my reservation was moved up with Turo. They answer the phone quickly, understood my issue and worked quickly. The onsite manager happen to be at the lot, He was very nice, respectful, he stayed there until customer service had my issue taken care of. Will rent again from them.
