The pickup situation was insane. 50 mins to get to the parking lot the vehicle was in. Car was nice and clean.

The host was great. The car was awful. There was minor damage all around it that wasn’t reported. There was things internally that was broken inside of it. It wouldn’t hold a charge for more than a day so we constantly had to go to a charger. It was just not the best experience, let alone all the extra fees.

The car was clean and everything ran smoothly. However, there were minor inconveniences with not having a physical key card when valeting the car as well as having to take a shuttle from the airport when picking up and returning the car… we had to allot extra time for this which was not ideal.
