Jeep rental in Nashville, TN

I came to Nashville to check on my elderly mom and get her out of the house to get some fresh air. This jeep was perfect for her she used the handles to get in and out of the car and there was plenty of space for groceries and her walker. I had no issues with the vehicle and the host communicated well. Id absolutely rent again.

If I could give more than five stars, I would. Juan was an outstanding host from start to finish. His communication was prompt, friendly, and professional, making the entire rental process effortless. The Jeep was exactly as advertised and in excellent condition. It was exceptionally clean, well maintained, and performed flawlessly throughout our trip. Whether we were exploring town or taking it on more adventurous drives, it was the perfect vehicle and added a lot to our experience. What really set this rental apart was Juan’s world class service. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was seamless, was always available to answer questions, and genuinely cared about making our trip a great one. I would not hesitate to rent from Juan again and highly recommend both him and his Jeep to anyone looking for a first class Turo experience.

This was an outstanding experience, unfortunately our vehicle ended up having issues and the host drove an hour to drop off a new vehicle and picked up the old one with a tow truck! Little did I know I left my wallet and iPad in the old vehicle, so they ended up leaving it in a place that I could receive it! At my convenience! As much as it was troublesome, they were so accommodating at the same time! For me this screams excellent customer service in the face of trial! And they excelled in all of this! I would happily rent from them again! Next time I am in Nashville!

I had an excellent experience with this rental! The car was extremely comfortable, clean, and perfect for our road trip. It made the entire journey even more enjoyable. The host was also very helpful and made everything easy and smooth. I highly recommend this rental, and if I’m back in the area, I would definitely rent this car again!
