If I could give more than five stars, I would. Juan was an outstanding host from start to finish. His communication was prompt, friendly, and professional, making the entire rental process effortless.
The Jeep was exactly as advertised and in excellent condition. It was exceptionally clean, well maintained, and performed flawlessly throughout our trip. Whether we were exploring town or taking it on more adventurous drives, it was the perfect vehicle and added a lot to our experience.
What really set this rental apart was Juan’s world class service. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was seamless, was always available to answer questions, and genuinely cared about making our trip a great one.
