A great ride! Car was very clean at pickup, drove nice, loved that the car seats were installed at pickup. I wasn’t aware BNA had a no turo garage rule, we had to take the shuttle to an off site parking lot to get the car. But the shuttle was very quick we didn’t even have to wait. No issues during our trip. For dropoff I asked if we could drop the car at the garage (which is when he informed me of the rule) which is understandable, but then he offered to drop us off since we had a handful with the kids and luggage. Which I thought was above and beyond!!! Would definitely rent from again.
