The car was in excellent condition and looked almost brand new. The pickup process was very simple and smooth, making the entire experience stress-free. The car was comfortable to drive, fuel-efficient, and performed great throughout our trip. The price was also very reasonable, which made the rental an even better value. This was the first time using Turo to rent a car and Burkhorn made it so easy. The Toyota Sienna was in great shape, and was great for our family's day trip out of Nashville. Pick up and drop off were convenient and he communicated well. I had an issue checking out on the app but that was not his fault. I would absolutely rent from him again!
