Car was clean, AC was cold, fuel economy was great, Burkhon was friendly, accommodating and quick at responding. Would absolutely rent again!

Visiting family here in Nashville, coming from overseas in Australia, the vehicle had bumper damage, tire damage, and overall not clean car. Didn’t feel safe driving this vehicle so Turo cancelled trip and got me a replacement vehicle.
Wish the host would have stepped up and went above and Beyond but that wasn’t the case, I felt he could have easily took the car for a wash hisself, had the tire replaced and put me back on the road but he just offered me a code to get the car wash which was a inconvenience to me, and gave a passive, dismissive excuse regarding the tires and bumper. Hopefully he gets these issues fixed. Good luck

we would disagree
I specifically selected and paid for airport pickup and drop-off. However, the host failed to honor this agreement, forcing me to change locations and causing the following issues:
Forced location change for pickup: I had to modify the pickup location to an off-site area because the host refused to deliver the car to the airport.
Failure to accept airport return and severe delay: The host also refused to receive the vehicle at the airport for return. Although my scheduled return time was 2:00 PM, they did not show up to collect the car until 2:30 PM.
This 30-minute delay directly impacted my schedule, putting me at risk of missing a virtual work meeting set for 3:00 PM.

and the drop-off was coordinated wth you
you only mentioned your meeting after you showed up early for tge drop-off
great car and runs well!! host was so nice, communicative and accommodating! when i’m back i’ll forsure be renting from him again!!
