Previous renter smoked in the vehicle and I have a six year old. Also I paid for extra early pick up but was told my time could not be accommodated after I already paid. That was disappointing but host did the leg work to get half of the early pick up fee refunded.

Thanks for the feedback! I’m sorry we couldn’t accommodate that late change request and the miscommunication on our part. Smoking is against Turo policy but unfortunately it still happens. We have run an ozone machine and wiped surfaces down to treat the vehicle.
