This Tesla Y model has a few cracks on the windshield and also the tires are in bad condition. Car was not clean but I had to wipe it down. I will never rent this Y model from this person again.

Had an amazing experience renting the Tesla Model Y from Burkhon! The car was spotless, drove perfectly, and made the whole trip so much more enjoyable. What really stood out was how helpful and responsive he was throughout the entire process — communication was quick, easy, and super accommodating. He even provided a free shuttle service, which made pickup and drop-off completely stress free and went above and beyond what I expected. You can tell he genuinely cares about making sure his guests have a great experience. I would absolutely rent from him again and highly recommend booking with him if you’re considering it!

The charger pad in the car was broken, sadly, so we weren’t able to charge our devices. Burkhon was nice even though he seemed very busy, he brought the car to my hotel but had to do it an hour early. He was pretty communicative though and we had been talking on the phone and texting prior to pick up and he disclosed about the damages to the exterior and sent me pictures before I showed up which I appreciated. When I messaged about the charger not working, he called me right away.
