The car itself was great. The drop off was very poor. Auto pilot takes you to the exit. Very complicated as the lot was completely full. This drives 90% of my low review.
The communication could have been improved. The host manages multiple vehicles and sends you duplicitous and lengthy messages without respect for your time. Despite having purchased add-ons I received sales pitches to buy the add ons I'd already purchased. If I wanted to rent with a company that wastes my time and spams me I'd use Enterprise. My advice - be succinct and intentional with the limited interactions you have with your customers.
