The car was great and definitely exceeded my expectations as communicated to host. With the amount of traveling that I do here to the Bay Area for work and visiting family, a great way to avoid the expensive gas prices is to rent a Tesla - and this was definitely worth it! High quality car and great communication with the host.

We had an excellent experience renting from Zeyu. The Model Y was clean, in great condition, and exactly as described. The Full Self-Driving feature made our California road trip much more enjoyable and relaxing. Communication was prompt and clear, and pickup and return were both smooth and hassle-free. Zeyu was responsive to our questions and a pleasure to work with. I would definitely rent from Zeyu again and highly recommend this host to anyone looking for a great Tesla rental.

Here’s a polished version of your review: Rented a Model X for a five-day road trip with my family, and the kids absolutely loved it. We had a fantastic time. The vehicle was a 2022 Model X with 118K miles, so it had the older hardware and FSD occasionally had its quirks. Even so, it was an amazing experience—it’s still a Tesla, and it remains better than any other car I’ve driven. Ramsey was awesome throughout the rental process. He was very responsive and quick to answer any questions. I’ll definitely rent from him again the next time I’m in San Francisco. Highly recommended!

Great car and came with free supercharging so no need to worry about expensive charging/California gas! Host was responsive and even though the car is 10 years old, this high end model S is a better experience than most cars you could find that are only a couple years old. This version even has Ludicrous mode! He did pressure me into cancelling my trip and rebooking (he asked twice) because he had selected the wrong protection plan that gave him a lower cut, and was visibly annoyed when I declined, mentioning twice that he would have never done it for that price. Normally I'd be happy to help, but I declined because I was using a turo credit I wasn't sure would transfer, and had just been cancelled on/left stranded so I wasn't willing to bear the risk, which was only downside for me. I feel bad that he made less, but it felt like he was putting responsibility for his mistake on me, which started my trip off on a bad foot. Hope he'll be more mindful of the customer experience in the future. However, this was likely an isolated incident. He was much more friendly on the drop-off, everything else was a top notch experience, and he has great reviews otherwise so I'd still book with him in the future/recommend him to others.

Great car, very clean and everything is fully functional! Tesla full self driving is included, and I used it for 99% of my trip miles -- it's safe and really good now for almost everything on highways and most city driving (only intervened for parking and a few navigation issues. Great host as well with responsive communication. Will rent from again!

We decided to take a road trip up north for a friend’s wedding and brought along our 5-month-old Alaskan Klee Kai (mini husky). While flying was an option, we didn’t want to put our pup through that—he’s great in the car, so a road trip made sense. My family has always recommended Turo for vacations to Hawaii, so I figured why not try it for this local trip. Ramsey’s Tesla was perfect for us! It provided a safe and smooth ride for my family, including my mom who is recovering from surgery. The car was comfortable, spacious, spotless, and made the drive really enjoyable. We also appreciated the charging stops—they gave us a chance to stretch, let the dog out for a quick walk, and keep things interesting along the way. (My only wish is that Tesla had chargers in more scenic spots like national parks and hiking trails!) One small note: I wasn’t sure if I missed it, but I do wish there were a way to link my personal Tesla app so I could be directly responsible for my charging. It wasn’t a big deal since the cost was disclosed upfront and settled at the end, but it would have been a nice convenience. In the past, we’ve always gone to corporate rental companies for larger cars on family trips. After this experience, I think we’ve found our new go-to with Turo. Highly recommend!
