Here’s a polished version of your review: Rented a Model X for a five-day road trip with my family, and the kids absolutely loved it. We had a fantastic time. The vehicle was a 2022 Model X with 118K miles, so it had the older hardware and FSD occasionally had its quirks. Even so, it was an amazing experience—it’s still a Tesla, and it remains better than any other car I’ve driven. Ramsey was awesome throughout the rental process. He was very responsive and quick to answer any questions. I’ll definitely rent from him again the next time I’m in San Francisco. Highly recommended!

The car was great and definitely exceeded my expectations as communicated to host. With the amount of traveling that I do here to the Bay Area for work and visiting family, a great way to avoid the expensive gas prices is to rent a Tesla - and this was definitely worth it! High quality car and great communication with the host.

Great car, very clean and everything is fully functional! Tesla full self driving is included, and I used it for 99% of my trip miles -- it's safe and really good now for almost everything on highways and most city driving (only intervened for parking and a few navigation issues. Great host as well with responsive communication. Will rent from again!

We decided to take a road trip up north for a friend’s wedding and brought along our 5-month-old Alaskan Klee Kai (mini husky). While flying was an option, we didn’t want to put our pup through that—he’s great in the car, so a road trip made sense. My family has always recommended Turo for vacations to Hawaii, so I figured why not try it for this local trip. Ramsey’s Tesla was perfect for us! It provided a safe and smooth ride for my family, including my mom who is recovering from surgery. The car was comfortable, spacious, spotless, and made the drive really enjoyable. We also appreciated the charging stops—they gave us a chance to stretch, let the dog out for a quick walk, and keep things interesting along the way. (My only wish is that Tesla had chargers in more scenic spots like national parks and hiking trails!) One small note: I wasn’t sure if I missed it, but I do wish there were a way to link my personal Tesla app so I could be directly responsible for my charging. It wasn’t a big deal since the cost was disclosed upfront and settled at the end, but it would have been a nice convenience. In the past, we’ve always gone to corporate rental companies for larger cars on family trips. After this experience, I think we’ve found our new go-to with Turo. Highly recommend!

The 2025 Tesla Model 3 was a great car! Kenneth and the co-hosts answered all my questions within a reasonable amount of time. I don't have any complaints except a small one which is that the interior of the car was a little bit dirty when we received it. But it wasn't really bad. I would still recommend this host and car.

The host was excellent, doing everything possible to resolve an unexpected safety issue caused by the previous renter. Although I had little time to respond to the cancellation of my booked trip, the host immediately arranged for the repair at the local Tesla service center as soon as it opened. The safety issue was addressed within a couple of hours, though it was further delayed due to Turo's policy requiring evidence of the repair to re-list the vehicle as safe to rent. Despite multiple challenges, the host did everything he could to have the vehicle ready for my trip. I couldn't have asked for a better response from the host or any rental agency. I felt confident booking with this host, knowing he would take great care of me.

Car was perfect, no issues. Impressively clean, interior looks brand new and outside does not have much wear either. Good communication from the owner. Just want to note that this model year in particular does NOT have the same issues with falcon wing doors as more recent model years. I had a lot of issues on a more recent 2023 model bumping into the mirror of adjacent cars and also into people, which according to the internet is caused by removal of a particular sensor from the door sometime in 2022. So if you are between this slightly older model and a newer one, definitely go with this one. I had this car parked in a hotel garage with a ceiling low enough that the back hatch didn't even have room to open all the way, and the falcon wing doors had no problem avoiding the ceiling or the pipes hanging off the ceiling. I was really cautious after my experience with the more recent model, and the doors on this car handled the low garage ceiling perfectly. Also still has the stalks, no turn signal buttons or screen based shifting here. Really nice suspension, ride felt a lot smoother than my Model Y. I am tempted to go out and buy a used 2019-2021 Model X after this rental. Excellent, excellent, excellent. Literally the only downside as a frequent Tesla enjoyer is the nav screen feels just a tad dated, but I got used to it quickly. I think it's just a style difference, the actual map user experience felt equivalent.

A bit of an older tesla so range is slightly shorter, but its still pretty good. Otherwise everything still works great and its a fun and reliable car to drive.
