Overall booking, pickup and dropoff experience was good!
Car has good and bad points to consider:
Positives:
- FSD- if you want to experience Full Self Driving in a Tesla - this car is great.
- Local Driving: this car is great.
Negatives: (this impacted us a lot)
- we did two trips that were more than 200 miles in distance and we realised that car is not meant for longer trips.
- Even if the charge showed 210 miles- the car would only do 150 and Aircon switches off to conserve battery. With the hot weather - waiting in heat for car to charge was a huge pain.

The customer drive fast and uphill, which reduced range. Also the customer chose to reduce the AC, which is not recommended.
Easy pick up and drop off. The host is very communicative at all points throughout the trip. The car was clean and well cared for.
