Customer responses were within min. The customer did not verify his license after multiple attempts by message and phone until right before his rental started.
5-star experience from start to finish. The car was clean, and exactly as described. Pickup and return were smooth, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout. Would definitely book again.

Rented a Model X for a five-day road trip with my family, and the kids absolutely loved it. We had a fantastic time.
The vehicle was a 2022 Model X with 118K miles, so it had the older hardware and FSD occasionally had its quirks. Even so, it was an amazing experience—it’s still a Tesla, and it remains better than any other car I’ve driven.
Ramsey was awesome throughout the rental process. He was very responsive and quick to answer any questions.
I’ll definitely rent from him again the next time I’m in San Francisco. Highly recommended!
