Very easy rental from a ridiculously well organized and structured host. This is clearly a big operation, a dozen cohosts and tons of vehicles, but it feels exactly the way renting the car from an agency used to feel before they all got so terrible. Brand new car that is extremely well-maintained and at the time of pick up, not just clean, but detailed the way you would expect if you brought it to a $200 detailer. The noble Honda Odyssey is not the most fun vehicle I’ve rented on Turo, but it served its purpose perfectly and was flawless on a quick turnaround weekend with 12 hours of driving. I would rent from this host again in a heartbeat.
We had such a great experience with this Honda minivan! It was incredibly spacious and fit my whole family comfortably, which made our 8-hour drive to Tennessee (and back a week later) smooth and stress-free. I was especially impressed with how good it was on gas for such a roomy vehicle — definitely a huge plus for a long trip like ours. What made this even more impressive was the situation we were in: our original Turo host canceled on us just an hour before we were set to leave for our family vacation. I had to find something last-minute, and this host came through for us in such a professional way. The pick-up and drop-off process was seamless thanks to their clear instructions, and the van itself was spotless, practically brand new, and ready to go. I can’t thank this host enough for saving our trip. I would absolutely rent from them again and highly recommend both the vehicle and the host to anyone looking for a reliable, comfortable, and well-maintained car.
