Carlos was an exceptional leasee. It was my first time renting from a contactless rental agency. Initially, I was somewhat apprehensive and just unfamiliar with the process, but it works quite efficiently. The leasee basically rents his vehicle out to others. The car was incredibly clean and very good with mileage. It was a 2017 Mitsubishi, but since I was only in Chicago for one day, I only needed it from points "A" to "B." The price was quite reasonable, and Carlos' communication was good. There was a slight hiccup regarding my pickup. Although he sent me a text, I didn't receive it until later. I called him and he picked up right away. He had sent the text 30 minutes earlier, but there was a delay (perhaps because I was in the airport's parking garage area and reception wasn't good with my phone). If there's a delay, I strongly suggest that you give him a call instead of texting. It can prevent communication errors. Overall, it was a great experience and I'll certainly try Turo again.

To be honest this was the best birthday I had ever I got a chance to rent a car it was a 25 and it was a drain experience for me even though it may have been a little mishap on my end of overlooking of stressing overwhelmed but that was the point of renting the car to get away away from things but this is I've been the best experience of my life the host was very commutative and respectful and I enjoy renting the car from them it gave me a piece of mind and I'm sorry that my outcome didn't come out as expected but overall I'mma say I still enjoy driving that car it was the first time out of 37 years out of my life I got to rent a car that I can drive that I would want so thank you again for the opportunity and giving me a chance to rent and enjoy the car

I was traveling and my flight got delayed and I was in Midway airport after Midnight, and I was able to get in touch with the contact person via text and telephone to guide me step by step until I picked up the vehicle from the location. It was so smooth and I was treated with kindness, respect and understanding. My returned was more hectic due to delayed flight and traffic, Jonathan provided me with all the proper contact numbers to get a smooth extension for no charge, all while being kind, and caring. Good rental. Car was super smooth and comfortable. This car does exactly what you would want from a flagship model. All of the seats were so comfortable that everyone who rode with me fell asleep. Would rent again. Did have a cologne smell but the a/c was always on full blast so it was fine. Pickup and drop off were easy. Would recommend.
