Renting the Honda Odyssey 2024 through Rez Auto Corp was my 10th Turo rental ever and was my easiest & simplest Turo experience yet! The host John was communicative, quick to respond, and provided perfect instructions for pick up and drop off. He also included pictures of the pick up location which made finding it in the airport garage a breeze. We were easily able to grab our checked luggages and head directly to the car to start our vacation! The Odyssey was spotless, spacious, and had modern features which our family enjoyed throughout our vacation. Great car and Andres is very respectful, great man to rent a car from. We originally rented a different car, but Andres had told me that due to unforeseen circumstances we wouldn’t be able to rent it, but he was quick to resolve everything and swapped the first rental with a different one! No additional charges, no issues. Great experience! Will definitely recommend renting from him!

From pick up to drop off, everything went exactly according to plan. The car is clean and without any clutter. I drove up to Lake George with no issues. And both usb outlets are available to charge phones. And even able to connect via Bluetooth. Overall it was exactly what I needed
