BMW X5 M package was awesome great no issues spacious I had three luggage no problem with it. Would definitely recommend this car to anyone. I traveled with my 2 kids and wife and we had plenty of space. Kids car seat were spacious enough for my kids as well.

This is the second time I booked with DrivePro. The first time, I got a Chevy suv. Everything was perfect. The second time I got a BMW 5 series. This car was cleaned inside, but previously someone smoked in it, so the smell was under the air freshener. That wasn’t fun. Also, the BMW needed maintenance (brake pad and tire pressure warnings came on and the brakes squealed). Everything worked fine, DrivePro just needs to take it in for maintenance before the brake pads get too worn. The pickup is a little more involved than I would like…. Wish it was all keyless entry, but the attendant brings you the car quickly do, all-in-all it’s no biggie. The staff is always kind and helpful. For the Chevy SUV I gave 5 stars. For BMW I would give 4. But we live in a world where 4 stars hurts people /business so I’m not giving that and am giving 5. Just letting readers know the difference between cars.

This was my first Turo rental, and it exceeded my expectations! Paul was extremely responsive and helpful from the very beginning. The car, a BMW X7 was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The check-in process was seamless and convenient. I would definitely rent from Paul again and highly recommend him.

Great car. Thank you. FYI - There is some black residue on the passenger side door that needs to be cleaned. It kept getting on our hands. No big deal, just wanted to point it out. Also, you may want to have the brakes looked at.

Jamar was professional, responsive and on time! I traveled with two young kids which was stressful enough. He made sure the car seats were installed and ready and picked us up perfectly on time with the car. Dropoff was perfectly smooth as well.
