Car was perfect and John was really easy to communicate with would definitely rent again if I’m back in Sydney

Pickup was a little annoying as the car changed and I had to pick up from a different address than advised but it’s a great car… not as small as I thought.

Edward has been so so kind and nice, helpful all along from the beginning to the end of this trip. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants to rent a car. He gave us all the valuable insights about traveling as well. He even offered a lift going back to the city(maybe it's because it was too late) anyway, he was the best guy on Turo.

I’ve rented many times off of Sixt and Enterprise etc so was quite skeptical of the competitive price off an independent rental car company. It turned out that not only was the Toyota Camry a good deal but also an extremely smooth process from start to finish, other than the slightly longer process of taking photos of the car upon pick up and drop off Alexander and team were far smoother, and communication was much more instant than with a larger commercial company. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and plan to do so in the future, thank you so much!

I'm from Hong Kong. This is my first time renting this 12-seater car in Sydney through this website. I rented it for eight days. The location was very convenient, the price was very reasonable, and the pickup and return process was extremely simple — I was very pleasantly surprised. Whenever I had questions, they communicated with me through the chat function on the Turo app. For a first-time user of this app, it's easy to get confused, but luckily there was a staff member to explain things during pickup. The car was exactly as described in the photos. I hope they can add more pickup locations in the future.

The car was brilliant! Such an easy pick up and drop off, and very easy to drive. All my questions were answered super quickly. And the car was the perfect size for everything we needed. Would definitely love to rent this car again! Alan was a super host!!

Great experience overall. Communication with the owners was excellent throughout, and both pickup and drop-off were seamless. The car itself was solid and comfortable to drive, with plenty of boot space, which was a real bonus for a trip. Would highly recommend!
