I had an excellent experience renting this car for a road trip from Sydney to Melbourne. From the very beginning, the vehicle was delivered in impeccable condition, exceptionally clean both inside and out, which makes a big difference when you’re about to start a long journey. Mechanically, the car performed flawlessly throughout the entire trip. The engine was reliable, the drive was smooth, and there were no issues at all on the road. It was a comfortable, stable, and safe vehicle—perfect for long distances and Australian highways. I would also like to highlight the outstanding service provided by Alexander, the owner. He was professional, clear in his communication, punctual, and always willing to help. Everything was explained transparently, and he responded quickly to any questions. From the start, he inspired confidence and trust. I would definitely rent again with Alexander and highly recommend both him and the car to anyone looking for a stress-free, high-quality rental experience. A true five-star experience from start to finish.
The car was an easy walk from Redfern Station. It worked well and was clean. Parking is a little difficult around there but on return I did find a spot right away.
The pick up was smooth, however the drop off was a bit more complicated. I appreciate the patience of the owner.
