I had an excellent experience renting this car for a road trip from Sydney to Melbourne. From the very beginning, the vehicle was delivered in impeccable condition, exceptionally clean both inside and out, which makes a big difference when you’re about to start a long journey. Mechanically, the car performed flawlessly throughout the entire trip. The engine was reliable, the drive was smooth, and there were no issues at all on the road. It was a comfortable, stable, and safe vehicle—perfect for long distances and Australian highways. I would also like to highlight the outstanding service provided by Alexander, the owner. He was professional, clear in his communication, punctual, and always willing to help. Everything was explained transparently, and he responded quickly to any questions. From the start, he inspired confidence and trust. The pick up spot was convenient, with the instructions being all clear. Drop off was a little tricky as the road was busy and it wasn’t easy to find a spot. The communication with Josh was always very helpful and professional. The car was clean and maintained well, with a little bit of cosmetic ware and tear. It drove really nicely. The apple Car-play system made navigating and listening to my own my own music very convenient. I went on a week camping trip, to the Blue Mountains, and it was a perfect size for my tent and other camping equipment. Overall, the car was exactly what I needed; I will hire it again if I’m back in Sydney and need a car.
