I’m very happy with the service provided by Chippendale Carshare from start to finish. Upon arriving in Sydney, everything went smoothly. An Uber was arranged to pick us up and take us to the designated vehicle pickup location. The whole process was exactly as described, and the host provided very clear instructions, making everything easy to follow. The car was in good condition and was comfortable throughout our trip. There was a slight humming noise when driving above 80 km/h, but it didn’t affect the safety or comfort of the journey, and I informed the host about it. The host was always quick to respond, friendly, and easy to communicate with, which made our holiday stress-free and enjoyable. Pickup location was a quick trip from the airport and easy to find. Alan was very responsive and helpful. Car was fantastic- reliable, easy to drive, and super clean inside. Appreciated the phone cables Alan left for charging and the extra touch of bottled water and chewing gum. Would book again!
