Car was exceptionally clean and great to drive. Location was very convenient and the hosts quick communication made it incredibly easy to pick up and drop off. Would love to rent this car again.

The car was nice and presentable and worked well. The host was flexible and responsive.

Easy process and great Vehicle. I borrowed this car as an “extended test drive” because I wanted to see how it was with out the sales pressure of a test drive. Viewed it as an investment. Would recommend.

The cars in a good position and pick up is easy as they can unlock the car from the app. The only downside that I had during my trip was they don't have the ev stickers on the number plates yet so I got pulled over by the police to remind me that their mandatory now.

Jeffrey helped us out very last minute when another TURO driver cancelled on us. He was very helpful, super friendly and very easy to communicate with. His car was lovely - clean, easy to operate and nice to drive. He recharged it for us for a small fee - which was extremely helpful and much appreciated. We will use Jeffrey again and highly recommend him to others. Thank you Jeffrey!

What a great little car this BYD is! I had never driven an electric car before so I was a bit nervous, but it was super easy, especially with the help of Jeffrey. He sent the manual so I could read it in advance, then he showed me everything when we did the handover. Not that there was anything much to show. It's a cool little car, very responsive, in perfect condition and quite sexy looking! :) Jeffrey is lovely and provided great communication. He even came and picked me up as I was staying very close by. The only drawback for me was that I drove to a friend's place in country NSW and there were no charging stations nearby. But we kept it plugged in at her house with the included charger, and it was ready to go for my drive back up to Brisbane. So for a long drive, we're maybe not set up enough in Australia for purely electric vehicles yet, even though it still worked out well for me. All in all it was an excellent experience and I highly recommend Jeffrey and the car. I would rent again. :)

Epic little get-around-town car. Smooth to drive, easy to park, and surprisingly roomy for its size. Daniel was super helpful and made everything happen on short notice without any stress. Great experience overall.

The car was clean on the inside, prompt responses from Jeffery. Really enjoyed the week I had with the BYD dolphin would definitely highly recommend anyone that wants to experience an electric car go for this one. I treat the cars I drive with love. So once I got it home, total wash down and ceramic coat so it’s looking beautiful even it’s not my car. Before I got the BYD, was sent an entire BYD manual of the car to get to know - bonus. Car quality was so good that I wanted to buy it. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming and helpful. Definitely worth it!
