Hi Lim, I maintain my car to high standards—it is nearly new and personally cleaned before every trip. Regarding timing, I waited over 1.5 hours at pickup and waited again past our agreed time at return. Respect for schedules is essential. The minor clicking noise is already scheduled for inspection and poses no safety or driving issues. I take pride in hosting, but feedback must be fair and accurate. Safe travels.
