⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing experience renting the 2016 Maserati Ghibli! The car was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and a lot of fun to drive. The host was perfect — very friendly, easy to communicate with, and made the whole rental process simple and stress-free. The price was also very reasonable, especially for a luxury car. I rented it for 3 days and everything went smoothly from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this host and the Maserati to anyone looking for a great Turo experience. I’ll definitely rent again!
Just booked this unit. we just had a problem because the last renter filled the wrong type of unleaded fuel to the car that made it struggle to accelerate. the host was very responsive though and told us its still safe to drive. smooth transaction and hassle free. will recommend it too.

The car is gorgeous, new, and fun to drive. We had a small issue come up during the rental, but Marco was incredibly responsive and helpful. He gave us all the right information, contacted roadside assistance himself, and made sure we were looked after. I’ve rented many times off of Sixt and Enterprise etc so was quite skeptical of the competitive price off an independent rental car company. It turned out that not only was the Toyota Camry a good deal but also an extremely smooth process from start to finish, other than the slightly longer process of taking photos of the car upon pick up and drop off Alexander and team were far smoother, and communication was much more instant than with a larger commercial company. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and plan to do so in the future, thank you so much!
Andy was a great host and the car was perfect for my trip. The app was not available for my phone and I did not have immediate access to my email. Andy went the extra mile and we texted at various times during the journey as Turo sent SMSes requesting my access to the app or the web portal. Andy looked after those requests for me. That level of support was a exceptional and I'd recommend Andy for anyone traveling North from Sydney as I was. A train journey to Chatswood and walk to the car and I was on my way. I wonder if the service could allow two way interaction with the Turo portal by SMS rather than requiring your hosts to intervene ? It would make the system technology agnostic and SMS works for any phone and where mobile coverage can be intermittent (Australia!). SMS is more robust. Perhaps this is an opportunity for a Turo alternative. In my case, the interaction with Andy was almost as a traveling companion as I learned about the Tesla and its features. I can't thank him enough for a great day. Five stars is for Andy.

I hired this car for a week and spent a fair amount of time driving. We had a road trip out to Bathurst and through the blue mountains and the car was a pleasure to drive. It was playful in the mountains and smooth of the freeway. Ben our host made the trip a breeze, he’s easy going and knowledgeable about the car and the area. Overall a 10/10 and I will definitely hire again if we are in Sydney

Bela (and her car!) are both absolutely fantastic! We picked it up and headed straight up to Hunter Valley for a couple of days and enjoyed being literally the only people with a convertible on the road the entire time we had it! We drove about 600 kms in two days in this car for our trip to Jervis Bay. Host was absolutely fantastic. He was very warm and gave an intro of different features because it was our first time driving a Tesla and some things are different - the indicator stalk is on the left under the steering wheel while the drive mode selector is on the right. We had to google to figure out a few things like how to charge and how to get the charging cable to stay, how to turn on/off the headlights, etc. Range on a full charge is about 300 kms on this car on “Chill” mode. Audio was very good, map is not as good as Google Maps, while NVH levels are quite good. When we turned on the defogger, it made quite a racket inside but turning it off seemed to do the job. But, all in all, pretty happy with the experience. Andy was very responsive and polite. Cheers mate and thanks for lending the car.

Easily one of the best driving experiences I’ve ever had! The car was beautifully maintained, in immaculate condition, and an absolute joy to drive. The power and performance were simply incredible! The weather was perfect, so we had the roof down throughout the entire journey, making the experience even more special. What an amazing feeling! The car also comes equipped with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, making navigation completely hassle-free. A special mention to the host, who was extremely welcoming, hospitable, and always quick to respond. The entire experience was smooth and effortless from start to finish. Everything was excellent; car was very economical; instructions were very clear for collection and drop off. Josh was extremely quick to respond to questions and seemed genuinely interested in our travels and made some useful suggestions to ensure everything went smoothly. I would strongly recommend using one of his cars.
Edward has been so so kind and nice, helpful all along from the beginning to the end of this trip. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants to rent a car. He gave us all the valuable insights about traveling as well. He even offered a lift going back to the city(maybe it's because it was too late) anyway, he was the best guy on Turo.

Had a slight issue with the car battery (just a luck of the draw type of thing) but the assistance we recieved to help and rectify the situation was top notch!
