Third time around and loved the Car it was immaculate to drive and Christian is top notch with his customer service definitely a go to if you want some nice cars at a good price in Sydney

Very well-maintained, great to drive, very comfortable and clean car. We were super happy with this rental for a road-trip and would absolutely rent it again!

I have changed trip several times as was unaware of length car was needed for and nothing was ever a bother Host is a pleasure to deal with absolutely love hiring through them as cars are lovely to drive and in good condition will hire through them again in a heart beat.
10/10 Immaculate and VERY meticulously well maintained car. Drives super smooth and no issues whatsoever. Owner is an absolute LEGEND to deal with. From the moment I secured the booking, till right after the trip ended - Ben provided insights and high valued information. He provided all the details so there was literally nothing I had to ask. Super communication. Most easy pickup and drop off. HIGHLY recommend booking with Ben if you want drama and hassle-free service. Most pleasant experience. Thank you so much Ben for a top experience!!
Edward has been so so kind and nice, helpful all along from the beginning to the end of this trip. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants to rent a car. He gave us all the valuable insights about traveling as well. He even offered a lift going back to the city(maybe it's because it was too late) anyway, he was the best guy on Turo.
I’ve rented many times off of Sixt and Enterprise etc so was quite skeptical of the competitive price off an independent rental car company. It turned out that not only was the Toyota Camry a good deal but also an extremely smooth process from start to finish, other than the slightly longer process of taking photos of the car upon pick up and drop off Alexander and team were far smoother, and communication was much more instant than with a larger commercial company. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and plan to do so in the future, thank you so much!

Amazing experience from start to finish! The Tesla was absolutely fantastic, clean, comfortable, and a pleasure to drive. It made our trip even more special and was the perfect car for exploring the area. Andy was an excellent host — very friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond to any questions. The communication was easy and he made the whole process very smooth. The pick-up location was also very convenient, with clear instructions and an easy handover. Everything was exactly as described. I highly recommend renting from Andy. Thank you for making our trip such a great experience! 😊
Great trip! Very good car and very easy to pick up and drop off. Edward was very responsive and helpful :)
Easy pick up, communication through the trip was great! Car was clean and easy to get around where I needed.
The car was easy to find, pick up, and return. The car was clean and in good condition, and had no issues throughout the trip. We drove it up to the blue mountains, and then over to the Hunter Valley and it was a smooth trip the whole way. The host was lovely and incredibly friendly and responsive.

Had a small hiccup at the start that the car hadn't been returned by previous user but they were great in swapping cars and still got us in one as soon as possible and we're very helpful and good with communication.
The car was clean and very comfortable to drive and Abhijit was flexible and accommodating re pick up and return times, a friendly and nice guy. The car was very conveniently located for me - I would happily rent it again.

Great and beautiful car. Great host and excellent communication and convenience. Highly recommended!
It was an amazing experience, all the information was clear, and the car awesome. Thanks for everything
The car was an easy walk from Redfern Station. It worked well and was clean. Parking is a little difficult around there but on return I did find a spot right away.

When booking a car hire in Mosman, consider these helpful tips: Reserve early on Turo for the best selection, especially during peak seasons. Choose a vehicle that suits your planned activities, whether it's a compact car for city driving or a larger SUV for exploring nearby national parks. Look for extras like GPS navigation or a backup camera to make navigating Sydney's streets easier. If visiting during summer, opt for a car with air conditioning. Remember to familiarise yourself with local parking regulations, as some areas in Mosman have time restrictions or permit requirements.
Mosman offers convenient pickup locations for car hire, making it easy to explore this beautiful suburb and nearby attractions. Many hosts on Turo provide flexible pickup options, often including residential areas near Military Road, the main thoroughfare. This central location puts you close to popular spots like Taronga Zoo and Balmoral Beach. Some hosts may offer delivery to your accommodation or meetup points near ferry wharves, allowing seamless access to Sydney Harbour. When booking a car rental on Turo, you can find hosts offering vehicles with extras like child seats or Apple CarPlay, enhancing your Mosman experience. Remember to discuss specific pickup arrangements with your host to ensure a smooth start to your car hire adventure in this picturesque part of Sydney.
Mosman offers access to stunning driving routes that highlight New South Wales' natural splendour. The scenic drive along the coastline towards Palm Beach unveils breathtaking ocean views and charming seaside towns. Alternatively, venture inland to explore the lush landscapes of Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park, where winding roads lead through eucalyptus forests and past Aboriginal rock art sites. For a mix of urban and natural beauty, consider a drive across the iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge, then follow the Pacific Highway north towards the Central Coast. These routes allow you to fully appreciate the diverse beauty of the region from the comfort of your hired car.
Finding reliable parking in Mosman can be challenging, particularly during peak times. Consider using the Mosman Council's website to locate public car parks, which often offer more availability than street parking. Some popular spots include the Vista Street car park and the Raglan Street West car park. During busy periods, arrive early to secure a spot. Alternatively, explore residential areas slightly further from main attractions, where street parking might be more readily available. Always check signage carefully for time limits and permit requirements. Planning ahead and being flexible with your parking location can help ensure a stress-free experience when exploring Mosman by car.
When exploring Mosman and its surroundings, consider opting for a versatile vehicle that suits various driving conditions. A compact car is ideal for navigating Mosman's narrow streets and finding parking in busy areas. However, if you plan to venture beyond the suburb, a mid-size SUV might be more suitable, offering comfort for longer drives and better visibility on coastal roads. For those seeking a touch of luxury, a convertible car hire allows you to fully appreciate the scenic coastal drives with the top down. Whatever your choice, ensure your vehicle is fuel-efficient to make the most of your New South Wales adventure.
Navigating Sydney's peak hour traffic from Mosman requires some strategic planning. Morning rush hour typically occurs between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM, while evening congestion peaks from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM. To avoid the worst of it, consider leaving earlier or later than these times. Utilise traffic apps to stay informed about current conditions and potential alternate routes. The Spit Bridge can be a particular bottleneck, so be aware of its opening times for boats. If possible, use public transport options like ferries during peak hours. When driving is necessary, patience and allowing extra time for your journey will help ensure a less stressful commute from Mosman into Sydney's bustling city centre.
Mosman and its surrounding areas offer several conveniently located petrol stations for refuelling your car. You'll find options along Military Road, one of the main thoroughfares in Mosman. There are also service stations in nearby suburbs like Cremorne and Neutral Bay, which are easily accessible. When planning longer trips, it's wise to familiarise yourself with petrol station locations along your route. Many modern petrol stations in the area offer additional services like car washes and convenience stores. Remember to check your fuel levels regularly, especially before embarking on longer drives to explore the beautiful New South Wales coastline or heading into Sydney's city centre.
Driving in Mosman's residential areas differs significantly from navigating Sydney's busy city streets. Mosman features narrower roads with more curves, requiring careful manoeuvring, especially in a larger car. Speed limits are generally lower, and you'll encounter more pedestrian crossings and school zones. Parking in Mosman often involves parallel parking on residential streets. In contrast, Sydney's city centre has wider, grid-like streets with more lanes, but also heavier traffic and more complex intersections. City driving demands quicker decision-making and awareness of trams and buses. While Mosman offers a more relaxed driving experience, Sydney's CBD requires heightened alertness due to the higher volume of vehicles, cyclists, and pedestrians.
Planning a road trip from Mosman to nearby coastal towns in New South Wales can be an exhilarating experience. Start by mapping out your route, considering scenic drives like the Grand Pacific Drive south of Sydney. Pack essentials like sunscreen, water, and snacks for your journey. Consider stops at charming towns like Terrigal or Avoca Beach, known for their beautiful beaches and laid-back atmosphere. If you're using a hired car, ensure it's comfortable for longer drives. Don't forget to check your vehicle before departing and plan for regular breaks to enjoy the coastal views. Remember to be flexible with your itinerary, allowing time to explore unexpected gems along the New South Wales coastline.
When embarking on long-distance drives from Mosman to explore New South Wales, preparation is key. Ensure your car hire is in good condition and suitable for extended journeys. Plan your route in advance, considering scenic detours and rest stops. Stay hydrated and take regular breaks to combat fatigue. Be aware of wildlife, especially during dawn and dusk. Carry a physical map as a backup to GPS. Check weather forecasts and road conditions before setting off, particularly if venturing into rural areas. Lastly, familiarise yourself with local road rules and speed limits, which may vary across different regions of New South Wales. These tips will help ensure a safe and enjoyable road trip experience.
