Car was great. New and clean. Everything worked perfectly. Pick up location was a bit of a miss - the address I was provided was incorrect, although just down the street from where it actually was. Also the staff were late to show up - however were quick to respond via the app. The URDrive call line and staff were not helpful at all - just an automated voice message without providing anything useful
