Best host ever. He even offered to pick up the car back at our hotel. World class service from the world’s friendliest host. Would highly recommend and book again!

We got given car with issues that’s too dangerous to drive, customer service told us to find our own way back to home (170km away) and will reimburse the cost, now they are telling us the cost is too high they need to review it… terrible experience with Turo

Hi Tsai-Lin, what you write is not true. The reason why Turo refuse to pay your travel back is because we find out the vehicle from my fleet has no issue at all, Got two reports from two different mechanics and cannot find what is the problem is? So both of turo and myself don’t know what’s your purpose is?
The trip was really good and car was really good, except at the end. But the host was really good and responsive. Thanks for all the help. Hopefully the car gets fixed and repaired quickly.
