Very clear communication and instructions.

Car drives fine. It wasn't as advertised though. No bluetooth. I couldn't play music via USB either. No remuneration from owner for inconvenience (they were quite responsive in troubleshooting though).
Also, beware they do not do pick up/drop off, but they will pay your uber to/from the car, which is a nice compromise.
