The car is in eco mode so it’s helps a lot about fuel price but we cannot connect the gps on screen so driver was a bit difficult to drive. Other than that everything is fine for 2 days trip

The car’s info system seems to be set to Chinese to distract people from the fact that there error message that pops up intermittently stating that the hybrid battery cooling system has a major fault and needs to be serviced. In addition to that, there is a loud rumbling where you can not hear the person next to you over if you are driving above 50km/h - I did not feel safe driving this car, would not rent it again

I've checked there is no error message. The car is a japenese model vehicle and hence the system is set in Japanese.
If you felt unsafe driving the vehicle you should have notified us immediately.
