Car ran well, was clean. A little unusual to pick it up on a "random" residential street. GPS unit must have an iPhone for auto car play. Owners were good.to deal with and responsive.
You knew you were picking up from a residential street that's how Turo works....

I rented for 3 months and the car had mechanical issues immediately (headlight out and battery cooling alerts on the dash in Japanese). The host company did not offer to fix the issues, but they and Turo did allow a pro-rated return after 2 days. A lot of hassle unfortunately so I think 3 stars is as much as I can give.
No smoking allowed
