This was my first time using Turo. It was the most interactive experience I have ever had renting a car. While a little confusing since it’s a different (and much more personal) experience the host and customer service teams obviously care that the customer gets a very good experience. The host’s car performed very well and it was well cared for. When I had a question he was quick to respond. I hope I can rent my next car from Turo. The price is right and lots of value for the money.

Red X Pros has been the best rental company I have ever used!! They are accommodating, very responsive when questions are asked, and have done everything above and beyond to make this experience the best it can possibly be. I will recommend them to anybody who is renting a car for a short trip or a long trip.

Everything was so smooth - booking, communication, pick-up/drop-off. The car was excellent, clean, fun. Gabriel went the extra mile to make sure we had great information not only on the car and its operation but also offered tips and ideas for our stay. His mom, who dropped off the car, even let us follow her into town to the restaurant we wanted to try for lunch. All said, this was 1000 times better than any standard car rental. I’d rent from Gabriel again in a heartbeat.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My rental experience was definitely 5 stars! The car was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The pickup process was smooth and easy, making it simple to find and access the vehicle without any hassle. Everything about the experience was seamless, and I would absolutely recommend booking with this Turo host. Thank you for helping make my trip even better! 🚗✨😊
The Corolla hybrid was perfect for my 5-day trip to Palm Springs and Palm Desert. The hybrid engine got 56 mpg so it was only $20 to refill with the short trips I made. Sara was good at communicating, the car was clean and everything worked well, and pickup/dropoff was easy close to PSP. Would rent again

I booked the app for the 2026 Toyota Camry Hybrid an hour before picking up the rental due to another turo canceling on me and the host was amazing and made sure I was accommodated within the hour. The car was nice and clean. I appreciate it highly and thank you for the opportunity to rent from you.
Exceptional, tank was full, also had phone charger for my iphone 15. Very clean car! Host was super helpful and made my first turo experience seamless! Thanks so much looking forward for next trip.

Just another shout out to Tim for another amazing rental. I've rented from Tim several times his cars are always great fun to drive and Tim has gotten above and beyond every time. Thank you Tim you'll definitely be hearing from me again. James G

Loved being able to have this car and the full self drive on our trip. Travis was excellent was communication and responding to questions.

Second time renting from Samit and another 5*. The pickup/drop-off could not be easier. Much better/faster/more convenient than standing in line at the airport rental counter. Samit is very responsive to messaging and a pleasure to deal with.

Pickup near or at Airports
Palm Springs driving is relaxed, but the desert plays by its own rules. Lock in your pickup and drop off details in advance, especially during festival season or long weekends. And always check your reservation carefully so there are no surprises.
Speed limits are clearly posted, and driving here is generally calm and predictable. Heat can be intense, so keep water in the car and don’t underestimate longer drives through the desert. Traffic builds during peak travel periods, especially around downtown Palm Springs and major resort areas. Early mornings and golden hour are prime driving times.
Parking is manageable compared to bigger California cities. Downtown Palm Springs offers public lots and street parking, and most attractions have dedicated parking areas. Just watch the signage carefully to avoid extra fees.
There are no toll roads in Palm Springs itself. If you head farther across Southern California, you may encounter toll routes. Planning ahead keeps costs predictable and your drive stress-free.
Gas stations are easy to find along Palm Canyon Drive and near major roads. EV drivers will also find charging options around downtown, shopping centers, and hotels. Whether you’re driving a sedan, a convertible, or an electric car, staying powered up is simple.
Yes. Palm Springs is not a “walk everywhere” kind of town. Attractions are spread out, and the real magic lives beyond downtown. A rental car gives you access to canyons, parks, and desert roads that make the trip unforgettable.
