This was my first time renting a car through Turo. The process was easy. Eduardo’s communication was precise and made my first experience pleasurable. The car was clean and the tank was full upon arrival. I would definitely rent from Eduardo again through Turo.
Everything went smoothly and host could not have been better. He was available nearly the whole time, was open and generous with his time, and planned the rental to run smoothly and with minimum effort. Bravo! My only fault with the trip was probably mostly on my part as I somehow got the impression that the car was a midsize or full-size car rather than a compact SUV. I check other cars available but for some reason didn't do the same with this Hyundai SUV's and so ended up with a compact car that didn't fit me well as I am over six feet tall and had a difficult time squeezing myself into the driver seat. Still I managed OK and the car was in good shape and drove well, even in the mountain areas. Not a big problem, but advise prospective renters to double check the size and capacities of a car before you rent it!

He responded quickly to any questions I had and gave a thorough explanation of how the electric car worked, which was especially helpful since it was my first time renting one. He also shared lots of useful tips and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. This was my first experience using Turo, and thanks to Sumit, it was a great one. Easy to follow instructions for pickup (instructions are automatically messaged to you two hours prior to the reservation start time). Clean car. Pretty good gas mileage for a truck. The trunk has space for two checked luggage bags and two carryons while the bed cover is closed. Overall a great experience.
Nice car - great host. Thanks to the good fuel efficiency of the hybrid, we avoided spending a lot of money on the ridiculously high cost CA fuel. I plan to rent the vehicle again for the same golf event next year.
