I booked the app for the 2026 Toyota Camry Hybrid an hour before picking up the rental due to another turo canceling on me and the host was amazing and made sure I was accommodated within the hour. The car was nice and clean. I appreciate it highly and thank you for the opportunity to rent from you.

I had such a great experience renting this Toyota RAV4 in Palm Springs—truly a 5-star rental from start to finish. The car itself was spotless, well-maintained, and perfect for getting around comfortably in the desert heat. What really stood out, though, was how incredibly kind and accommodating the owners were. I ran into multiple issues with the Turo app (completely out of their control), and they went above and beyond to help me navigate everything and make sure I was taken care of. They were patient, responsive, and genuinely made a stressful situation so much easier. You can tell they truly care about their guests and take pride in what they do. I would 100% rent from them again without hesitation. Highly, highly recommend

Pernell was a terrific host. He was so accommodating, friendly and very communicative. The rental process was easy and he went out of his way to make sure the car was available at the time we needed. We rented the Toyota Sienna. It is a beautiful car, so clean and drives very smooth. It is very roomy and tons of space for our large family. We will definitely recommend and rent from Pernell again. The Corolla hybrid was perfect for my 5-day trip to Palm Springs and Palm Desert. The hybrid engine got 56 mpg so it was only $20 to refill with the short trips I made. Sara was good at communicating, the car was clean and everything worked well, and pickup/dropoff was easy close to PSP. Would rent again

Great car! Great on gas very comfortable ride! Heads ip you need to have a USB type C to charge your phone. The charging mat wasn’t working and the cigarette lighter port wasn’t working. I’m not complaining just giving a heads up. It’s probably just a simple fuse. I would still rent this car 1000 times over It was so pleasant to drive! Matt’s great too, very organized, accommodating and just made things super easy! Thanks again Matt!!!

The van was perfect for our trip the kids were comfortable which made my driving trip so much easier, car was clean host was awesome and very responsive, location of car was easy too! I’d definitely rent the van again in the future!
