I had to rent a car, because my car was getting repaired. I was able to pick the car up the same day as booked. After my car was fixed, I was able to return earlier then I had booked it for. Great service and amazing customer service. Thanks again!!

Had a great experience and loved driving BIG BLUE!! Due to no fault of Red X, our car was cancelled by Turo on the morning of our trip due to a Toyota recall. Red X accommodated us and helped us get into an even bigger better car in their fleet and even offered a booking discount to make up for the increased price. Very impressed with the customer service. Car was clean, basically brand new. Pickup and drop off was easy breezy. Would definitely book with Red X again!

We rented this minivan for a golf trip and it was perfect for our group! There was plenty of room for everyone, our golf clubs, and all of our luggage without feeling cramped. The van was clean, comfortable, and drove great. Pickup and drop-off were easy and the entire rental process was smooth. We would definitely rent this van again for another golf trip!

This is as a fantastic model of car for 5 people and the luggage- so easy to drive, in/out The Host Red X Pros was immediate with answering any questions- friendly- car and as spotless, easy to find- full tank- Everything as they said it would be- next time in PSP, I'll rent from these guys again !!

I booked the app for the 2026 Toyota Camry Hybrid an hour before picking up the rental due to another turo canceling on me and the host was amazing and made sure I was accommodated within the hour. I had such a great experience renting this Toyota RAV4 in Palm Springs—truly a 5-star rental from start to finish. The car itself was spotless, well-maintained, and perfect for getting around comfortably in the desert heat. What really stood out, though, was how incredibly kind and accommodating the owners were. I ran into multiple issues with the Turo app (completely out of their control), and they went above and beyond to help me navigate everything and make sure I was taken care of. They were patient, responsive, and genuinely made a stressful situation so much easier. You can tell they truly care about their guests and take pride in what they do. I would 100% rent from them again without hesitation. Highly, highly recommend
