We really enjoyed this car! It was so much fun driving through the mountains with the top down, and it made our trip even more memorable. Unfortunately, the car developed a mechanical issue during our rental and had to be towed. While that was definitely unexpected, Todd was incredibly kind, responsive, and understanding throughout the entire situation. He communicated with us every step of the way and even told us not to worry about refueling because of the inconvenience. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests. Mechanical issues can happen with any vehicle, and I really appreciated how professionally everything was handled. I’d definitely rent from Todd again.

Mar is so accommodating that when I was checking the car back in for the return my phone died and I went home worried we'd be charged and while it was charging i fell asleep accidentally (long day)
